Hurricane Beryl Relief Fund
Hurricane Beryl is an extremely dangerous Category 4 storm that is bringing destructive winds, life-threatening storm surge, and intense rainfall to communities across the Caribbean and the US state of Texas. Your support of the Hurricane Beryl Relief Fund will provide emergency relief and long-term support to the most-affected communities.
Hurricane Beryl is a record-breaking storm that has caused extreme damage and prompted states of emergency across countries in the Windward Islands, including Grenada. At least 11 people have been killed and communities across impacted areas are without power while hundreds of homes and businesses are damaged and destroyed. Hurricane Beryl also impacted communities across Jamaica, the Cayman Islands, and Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula. The storm is now striking the US state of Texas.
All donations to this fund will support communities across the Caribbean and Texas impacted by Hurricane Beryl, with a priority focus on the most disadvantaged and overlooked communities. Initially, the fund will meet survivors' immediate needs for food, fuel, clean water, medicine, and shelter. It will also support longer-term recovery efforts led by local, vetted organizations in impacted areas, particularly those working with low-income, historically underserved communities.
